I can't get the quick links using Google chrome Michael....but ok with Internet Explorer.

Chrome seems to have a will of its own when it comes to the menu bar. It flattens the Quick Links making them major items rather than sub-menu options.
From Santa's user agent string I think he's using some form of IE.
Have you disabled JavaScript (in general or for this site) ???

I've done a quick test using IE and this behaviour is consistent with JavaScript being disabled in your browser.
I suggest you start with this article:
Enable JavaScript on IE8?
Do you have problems with other sites?
